Where can I buy Waggoner Chocolates?
You can purchase Waggoner Chocolates' scrumptious delights through our secure website, by calling our Customer Service department toll free at 1-888-591-9842, or by visiting our retail location located at 1281 South Main Street in North Canton, Ohio.
How do you ship during warm weather?
Waggoner Chocolates' are shipped with frozen gel packs and/or in cooler boxes, during warm months, to keep the product's original freshness and flavor. We ship orders year-round via FedEx and UPS. Our shipping department pays close attention to temperatures and weather conditions from our factory, through every stop, until our packages reach their final destinations. If there is a delay, we will notify you. Keeping this in mind, if we know that temperatures are not at or below the desired 72 degrees, we will not ship your product until we see a break in temperatures. We do this to maintain the integrity of our products for you, our customers.
How are your shipping costs determined?
By linking directly to FedEx and UPS Shipping Systems, Waggoner Chocolates is able to offer our customers the most cost effective and accurate shipping solutions available. Shipping charges are calculated at the time of your order and based on the shipping address provided. Should we feel that your package needs expedited shipping, we will contact you directly, to discuss additional shipping options. All shipping charges are calculated at the time of purchase and are determined by the package size and weight and by the delivery address. We will only ship to destinations in the Continental United States and are unable to ship to P.O. Boxes. We are also unable to ship overseas, to Hawaii or Alaska at this time.
If I place my order today when will my order be shipped?
Retail orders will typically be shipped within 48 hours from our North Canton factory, Monday - Thursday. Note: We do not typically ship on Fridays, Saturdays or Sundays. This time frame can very depending on volume of business.
Wholesale orders will be shipped seven to ten business days from the order date. This time frame can vary depending on volume of business.
All orders are shipped in the order in which they are received. We will do our very best to expedite your order.
Are peanuts/tree nuts processed in your factory?
Yes. We are a facility that processes peanuts, tree nuts, milk, egg, soy and wheat.
Do you carry Sugar-Free chocolates?
Yes, Waggoner Chocolates' produces a variety of Sugar Free Chocolates. Please note, however, that these products are not for use by diabetics without the advice of a Physician.
What is the best way to store candy?
It's best to store chocolates in a cool, dry area, away from direct sunlight. Chocolate readily absorbs flavors and odors, so don't hide your stash among anything scented!
Does Waggoner Chocolates conduct factory tours?
Unfortunately, our factory is not conducive to tours, for sanitation purposes.
