Orders placed by December 7th will be guaranteed for December 24th arrival. Order placed after December 7th may not arrive by December 24th unless expedited service is requested and confirmed and meet UPS – FEDEX shipping terms and conditions.
NOTE: We cannot ship to P.O. Boxes within the 48 Contiguous United States, therefore please make sure to enter the physical street address of the recipient. All orders are shipped Standard UPS or FEDEX ground. If you would like to expedite your order please call us at 1-888-591-9842 and we would be happy to assist with second day, next day or other air saver rates. Please note that expedited shipping does not expedite the timeframe of production. Shipping times are quotes on how long it will take to arrive to it's destination after leaving our facility.
WINTER HOURS: September 1st - Through May 15th - Office hours are M-F 9-5pm. Store hours M-F 9-6pm. Sat 10-5pm. Open extended hours during the holiday.
SUMMER HOURS: May 20th through August 30th - Office hours are M-F 9-5pm. Store hours M-F 9-6pm. Sat 10-4pm. Open extended hours during the holiday.

WINTER FREE SHIPPING RATES begin as early as September and typically run through April.
For most of the country cool weather shipping rates begin in September and run through April. Free shipping service to AL, AR, FL, LA, GA, MS, NC, SC & TX are immediately opened to ship as the weather permits. The critical hot states TX, CA, AZ, NV and NM are released weather permitting. SUMMER SHIPPING RATES can begin as early as April and tend to run through September. Please remember, summer shipping rates are determined by increasing temperatures from April through September for most of the country except some 1 day ground shipping points.

The Winter and Summer cost changes are subject to change so make sure you check for the lowest rates from Waggoner Chocolates. Summer rates are based on 1-2 day service. Winter rates are based on ground service except AZ,NV & NM. Shipping rates are based on regional forecast trends and the method of shipment required to insure your gift of chocolate arrives in good condition.

Simply return it within 7-10 days and we'll gladly replace or exchange your gift (with equal or lesser value providing the product is in stock), refund your money or issue a credit in the form of a gift certificate (excluding Shipping & Handling). The choice is yours.
Please note: For food items, merchandise returns will not be accepted after 10 days from the date of shipment. Any products that are customized or made-to-order cannot be returned or exchanged unless damaged or defective.
